How to measure ? 

Keep in mind that you'll have to put it from the side (you'll see a video example on the content above).

Measure your wrist size from the side and check if the size space between skull heads allows you to put the bracelet on.

Then, measure the lenght of your wrist and compare it to the bracelet lenght.
