Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend to take an insurance for the shipping, as we can't fully guarantee that we'll receive your package.

Once we receive your return, if the item is in perfect condition and untouched, we will offer you either a full refund to your original payment method, minus the €5.90 shipping fee, or a store credit.

We will always do our best to find solutions and assist you as much as we can.

Whether you ordered the wrong size or would prefer a different product, we offer the option to exchange or return your order within 30 days of receipt.

At Chien Méchant, we use only 925 sterling silver and stainless steel to craft our jewelry. This choice of materials ensures durable pieces designed for everyday wear.

Our jewelry is completely water-resistant and retains its shine without tarnishing over time.

Since silver is a unique material, it may oxidize slightly over time. Don’t worry, you can simply gently rub the piece with a mixture of soapy water to restore its original appearance and luster..
